Personal Training

Working with a trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, most successful ways to improve your health and fitness. Get maximum results in minimal time with a program designed specifically to use your strengths and improve your weaknesses.

Fee: $60 per hour/Discount on packages of 6-12 sessions available.

Group Training: Body Conditioning in an Unstable Environment

Work with a trainer to build Pillar Strength. Learn the progressive way to workout with light weights, balance discs, physioballs and resistance bands to challenge your CORE stability.

Fee: $50/4 classes

3-Month Individual Adult Program
The Wellness Club’s Weigh To Go program is a comprehensive three-month program that provides all the essentials of successful weight management including nutritional counseling, personal exercise plans, pedometer/daily activity tracking, hypnosis and behavior modification guidance. A professional team of experts will guide and support you every step of the way.
Fee: $650

Teen After-school 6-Week Program
The Weigh to Go Teen Program provides nutritional education and exercise activities to inspire new behaviors in young adults. Teens and pre-teens will learn eating habits by engaging in nutrition and dietary education sessions. Plus become an active participant in varied types of exercise. The group meets Tuesdays and Fridays for 6 weeks.
Fee: $165

Pinnacle Coalition for Diabetes Prevention & Management

Hudson Valley Hospital Center, through Pinnacle Healthcare, Inc., has secured NYS Grant funds to offer nutrition education, screenings and medical care for people at risk for and with diabetes. All events are held at The Wellness Club at The Cortlandt Town Center.

Nutritional Counseling

Individual sessions begin with a Computerized Dietary Analysis of your current eating habits. The program compares your diet to the “ideal” for someone of the same gender, age, height, weight, and activity level. This information assists you and the nutritionist with the creation of a Personal Meal Plan to help you reach your optimal health goals.
Fee: initial session $105, follow-up visits $65

Feldenkrais Method: Awareness Through Movement

In this 4-week program you will learn to move with minimum effort and maximum efficiency. You will experience correct posture to relieve muscular pain and tension, enhance flexibility and reduce levels of everyday stress and fatigue.

Fee: $65

Healthy Back Center



The Flexible Back Clinics
This weekly class program is great for people who experience chronic back discomfort. This series of strengthening and stretching exercises supports back health and improves function. Join us on Saturday mornings and get your swagger back.

Massage
Massage primarily affects the body as a whole and can help to counteract the stress of modern life. Benefits include reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, pain relief and relaxation.
Fee: $70/hour

Reflexology
Reflexology has a balancing effect on the whole body and provides relief from tension and pain, increased energy, well being and general relaxation.
Fee: $70/hour

Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a very focused form of concentration. It is safe and there are no side effects.
Hypnosis is a way of reaching our subconscious mind, the place where our internal messages are stored and where we can discover what is blocking us from achieving our goals.

Smoking Cessation

Hypnosis helps individuals gain improved self-awareness and a healthier self-image. Motivation is enhanced and feeling of personal gain and accomplishment is achieved. Most people can become non-smokers after one session.

Exercise Class Schedule

Yoga
Start where you are and learn new ways to stretch, tone, release tensions, find focus and improve your sense of well-being. Yoga postures and coordinated breathing taught by experienced health professionals make these classes the best around.

Tai Chi
Benefits include greater flexibility, improved circulation and enhanced well-being and relaxation.

Aerobics & Body Shaping
An instructional movement/exercise class that will get you pumped up and energized plus a toning and stretching segment.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9:00 - 10:00 am

Body Conditioning

Strengthen and stretch the whole body with toning exercises using free weights, stretchbands and stability balls.

When: Tuesdays

Time: 10:00 - 10:45 am

Time: 6:00 - 7:00 pm

 

CORE
Strengthen CORE areas of the hips, torso, pelvis and lower back. Build a better body that is more flexible and balanced.

Butts and Guts
Intensive 30-minute session to firm and tone the tough target zones of the abdomen and glutes.

When: Mondays & Fridays

Kickboxing
Kickboxing combines boxing techniques with aerobic exercise. This class is designed to burn maximal calories, strengthen and tone muscles.

Athletic Stretch

An easy flowing 30-minute flexibility class that lubricates joints and helps to increase range of motion.

Stretching Class
Stretching is a powerful part of any exercise program. Stretching increases flexibility and joint range of motion, balance and coordination.
