Joining an Existing Practice
Whether you approach an existing practice on your own or interview with a recruitment specialist, the Hospital facilitates negotiations, provides financial pro forma and access to legal advice. A sound understanding of the competitive landscape and market share data can assist in creating the right fit.
Solo Practice Start Up Kit
First time opening an office? We have designed a start- up package for a physician setting up a solo practice. We have years of experience in establishing primary care as well as specialty care practitioners, and bring a custom and creative approach to each physician’s need. This includes a supportive credentialing process, selection of office space, hiring of clerical and clinical staff and a mentoring program.
Jumping on Board
The strength of our community Hospital is networking. It is easy to meet colleagues, get introduced to potential referring physicians, and meet the various department directors in the Hospital. The Vice President of Medical Affairs has an excellent relationship with members of the Medical Staff, and various meetings will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar in our facility.
Marketing Support
Introducing you to area physicians and the community is our marketing expertise. An aggressive physician referral program will also direct patient inquiries to your practice. We offer many opportunities to introduce you, including: press release, complimentary ad design, guest appearance on cable shows produced by the Hospital, participation in community lectures and health screenings.
A Perfect Fit?
If you are looking for a progressive community Hospital, where you will know everyone by name, in a vibrant community located in the New York metropolitan area, give us a call.
