Hudson Valley Hospital Center Honors Employees for Years of Service at Recognition Ceremony

Cortlandt Manor, NY - (May 18, 2012) – Few people can say that they’ve never missed a day of work for an entire year, but there are 223 people at Hudson Valley Hospital Center who can.

Employees at Hudson Valley Hospital Center were honored on May 15 for their years of service to the Hospital, some putting in more than 45 years on the job. Two hundred and twenty-three of the Hospital’s 1,200 employees were also honored for perfect attendance.

Hudson Valley Hospital President John Federspiel said that there are few companies that can boast about such perfect attendance.  “You should all be proud,’’ said Federspiel, speaking to employees at the Hospital’s annual Service Awards Ceremony. “To have such a high percentage of our workforce with perfect attendance speaks to the great culture here as well as the dedication of our employees.’’
