Cortlandt Manor, NY - (January 4, 2012) – Firefighters don’t normally wear pink, but they will when it’s for a good cause, namely raising money for breast cancer.  Peekskill Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 2343 presented Hudson Valley Hospital with a check for $4,500 on Dec. 29 to help support new the Cheryl R. Lindenbaum Comprehensive Cancer Center at HVHC, which opened its doors on November 17, 2011.
