Cortlandt Manor, NY - (November 12) – Baby Josephine Eure of Cortlandt Manor got an unexpected gift from the West Lakeland Girl Scout Troop 2478 on Veteran’s Day. For the past five years, the troop has given a special gift to the first baby girl born on Oct. 31, the birthday of celebrated Girl Scouts Founder Juliette Gordon Low, who was born in 1860.
