The Center for Sleep Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital

Do you have a sleep disorder?

The Center for Sleep Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and offers the most advanced sleep diagnostic services. We can help to diagnose more than 80 sleep disorders including the more common ones that include obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), narcolepsy, insomnia, periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD) and restless leg syndrome (RLS). Sleep disorders can interfere with your ability to get a restful night’s sleep and can lead to serious health risks and other medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, stroke or weight gain.

Located on the second floor of the Cortlandt Manor-based facility, the Center for Sleep Medicine at NYP Hudson Valley Hospital offers state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, comfortable, hotel-style rooms, and caring and credentialed staff. You will arrive for your sleep study at the scheduled appointment time and spend the night in a private bedroom in our modern facility. Our experienced sleep technicians will monitor your sleep patterns, breathing abnormalities and EKG. The test is monitored by technicians throughout the night and your results are then analyzed by our physician. A report will be sent to your physician for review and a personalized treatment plan will be developed to help improve your sleep.

During your stay, you will be offered complimentary snacks, a continental breakfast. Free parking is also available.
