Dr. C. Andrew Salzberg
Dr. C. Andrew Salzberg specializes in cosmetic surgery and breast surgery, including breast reconstruction. He is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Dobbs Ferry Hospital and Westchester Medical Center and also practices at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital.
Dr. Salzberg has been named one of the "Top Doctors for Women from Coast to Coast" by the consumer guide, "America's Top Doctors," published by the Ladies Home Journal. Also, he was bestowed the honor of being named one of the top doctors in the New York Metro Area since 2002. Other notable achievements include:

Dr. Salzberg was born in New Jersey and attended Montclair Academy and Ithaca College. He graduated from the University of Florida School of Medicine with his Medical Doctorate in 1981. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Hospital in New York City (1981-87) and Plastic Surgery residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center (1984-87).
Dr. Salzberg has presented papers regarding plastic surgery internationally and his research activities include breast reconstruction, pressure ulcer prevention and treatment, nerve repair, wound healing, skin substitutes and laser applications in skin care.
Dr. R. Michael Koch is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and specializes in cosmetic surgery, breast surgery and microsurgical reconstruction. He received his plastic surgical training at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles and also completed an additional yearlong Fellowship in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery at the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Koch is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the New York Medical College and the Chief of the Microsurgery and Replantation service at the Westchester Medical Center and practices at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital. He is a diplomate of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of many well-known professional societies including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Born in London, raised in Perthshire, Scotland, and transplanted to Southern California, Dr. Koch attended the University of California at Santa Barbara (BA 1989) and Hahnemann University School of Medicine (MD 1993). Prior to his training in plastic surgery he completed an Internship and Residency in General Surgery at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC as well as a Research Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Koch has a strong belief in sharing his surgical skills and expertise overseas and has made numerous trips to Africa, Vietnam, South America and the Philippines to provide plastic surgical care. He is also an avid bicycle rider and has a keen interest in the culinary arts.
Dr. Jordan Jacobs
Dr. Jacobs specializes in craniofacial surgery, cosmetic surgery and microsurgical breast reconstruction. He received his general and plastic surgical training at New York University Langone Medical Center. He also completed a yearlong fellowship in Pediatric and Adult Craniofacial Surgery at New York University Langone Medical Center in the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Jacobs is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the New York Medical College. He is a member of many well-known professional societies including the American Society of Craniofacial Surgery and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Jacobs has specialized training in the treatment of facial differences in both the pediatric and adult population caused by congenital malformations, traumatic deformities, or after cancer surgery. His research primarily focuses on the use of virtual surgical planning for the treatment of these complex problems.
Dr. Jacobs’ aesthetic practice involves surgery of the face, eyes, and neck, as well as body contouring following weight loss or pregnancy. He additionally has microsurgical training and offers a variety of autologous breast reconstructions, including DIEP, TUG, and GAP flaps.
Dr. Jacobs completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania. He remained in Philadelphia for his medical education at Jefferson Medical College.
Dr. Kayvan Keyhani, eye surgery
Dr. Keyhani is a board certified ophthalmologist who is a associate professor of ophthalmology at the New York Medical College. He teaches residents both cataract surgery and oculoplastic surgery at the world renowned New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and is also a member of the Ocular Trauma service. He is three time winner of the prestigious resident teaching award at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Keyhani is a graduate of the Ohio State University where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree. Dr. Keyhani went on to medical school at the Ohio State University. He received his Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University and then completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary which is ranked in the top ten best hospitals for disorders of the eye, ear, nose and throat. Dr. Keyhani then went on to complete two fellowships in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Vermont and the University of Calgary.

Dr. William Losquadro
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr. Losquadro is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction. In addition to primary rhinoplasties (noses that have not yet been operated on), he repairs noses damaged by previous surgery, trauma, or infection including saddle noses, cocaine noses, cleft lip, nasal deformities and septal perforations. Dr. Losquadro performs a full array of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the head and neck including brow or forehead lifts, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), otoplasty (ear surgery), face and necklifts, facial implants, chin augmentation, liposuction, Botox, and fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Afterward, Dr. Losquadro completed an internship in General Surgery and residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago under the mentorship of Dr. Dean Toriumi.

Dennis A. Pastena, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University where he was on the Dean’s List. He earned his M.D. degree at Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine. He did his general surgery residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital of New York, and completed his plastic surgery training at Downstate Medical Center—King’s County Hospital. Dr. Pastena is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
