The Wellness Club is a medical fitness facility that offers every adult, regardless of their fitness status, the tools and support needed to achieve optimal wellness.  Including exercise and healthy changes in lifestyle behaviors, members can reduce their risk of disease and experience the benefits of a more active and conscious lifestyle.  The Wellness Club staff includes Holistic Nurse Director, male and female Exercise Trainers, full-time Nutritionist and Membership Coordinators.

 Losing Weight isn't easy, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution. We developed several weight loss programs so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs, goals and budget! Programs include an assessment of current eating habits, creating a plan to meet calorie goals and modifying unhealthy eating behaviors. Most programs also include fitness assessment, and the development of an exercise plan that fits your schedule, ability and lifestyle.
