Lindenbaum Comprehensive Cancer Center at HVHC, which opened its doors on November 17, 2011. Cortlandt Manor, NY - (January 4, 2012) – Long-time meteorologist and well-respected member of the community, Jim Witt, visited Hudson Valley Hospital Center (HVHC) patients and employees during the holiday season, treating them to a signed copy of his 2012 Long-Range Weather Calendar. Witt, who started his career in meteorology as an earth science teacher at Lakeland High School, brought with him 200 signed calendars, spending the morning personally handing out each one, while talking about his love for meteorology.
